Returns Policy:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds for any personalized items. Exceptions are only made for misspellings which will require clear photographic proof.

Returns are accepted for all other items within 14 of receiving the item unless otherwise noted in the description of the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping (and original shipping cost will not be refunded). Exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellations Policy:

Cancellations are accepted for all items within 24 hours after purchasing unless otherwise noted in the description of the item. Please message me if you wish to cancel your order. Thanks!
